Who are SOS Wholesale?
A family run business based in Derby with over 22 years’ delivered wholesale experience both in the UK and exporting worldwide. Our sales office is based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, we care about our customers and pride ourselves on delivering the best discounts and exceptional customer service.
How do you deliver my goods?
We can deliver either on our fleet or via a national pallet courier. For details on lead-times contact our sales office.
Is there a minimum order?
£450 is our min order (subject to delivery charges). For more information regarding delivery charges please email your postcode to [email protected] or call our Sales Office on 01332 89 00 22 and we can advise further (UK Customers Only).
All delivery charges are subject to VAT.
Additional charges may also be incurred in specific locations, pedestrianised areas, delivery restricted areas, specific loading times, timed deliveries, Saturday deliveries, zone ends, etc.
Do you help unload my orders?
All deliveries are palletised and delivered Kerbside. (Apologies we do not ‘handball’ your orders into your shop)
Where do I find customer favourites and current special offers?
If you are new to SOS, click on Best Sellers as selected by our customers.
Quidz-In, our monthly and mid-month magazine is packed with our latest special offers and discounts. Quidz-In is available online and by post (UK only).
How do I place my first order?
Please email us at [email protected] and request a registration form and return your completed application to [email protected]
This will then be passed to our accounts department for processing and will be subject to satisfactory credit control checks & credit limit assignment.
If you would like to place an order prior to account application checks, your order can be placed subject to proforma payment. (The registration form still must be completed for due diligence purposes)

How do I make further orders?
After your first order, your weekly PLOF (price list/order form) and our monthly promotion brochure will be emailed or posted to you.

How can I pay for my orders?
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or UK Debit Card.
Debit card transactions are subject to identity checks. Deliveries are only arranged on receipt of payment.
Empty Pallets
We require a pallet exchange – one for one.
Are there any other charges?
If after placing your order you decide to cancel or change any part of your order you may incur a 10% re-stocking or administration charge. Volume or bespoke orders may require a deposit. For more information contact the sales office.
Can I shop at your Derby Cash & Carry?
To save you time our Derby Cash & Carry now only operates on a click and collect basis. For more details please contact the sales office on 01332 89 00 22
Why can’t I pay online for products I’ve ordered?
We specialise in personalised customer service. One of our friendly sales team will contact you to complete your transaction, including confirmation of availability and shipping costs which may differ depending on your location.
Can I use SOS Wholesale photography & media?
All images on the website can be downloaded and used by our customers to advertise the products for sale. Higher resolution images may be available on request but we reserve the right to charge for ad-hoc requests.
